We had a great experience here. The staff, the location, and the cleanliness of the rooms were great. I didn’t hear the neighbors next door or hear a lot of talking in the hallways so it was very peaceful. My only gripe was the hvac in the room. It was noticeably noisy but Natisha (she’s amazing) was willing to let us move to another room but we didn’t want to miss out on the wonderful wooded view. Overall, we loved staying at this hotel. If I am ever in the area again, it’s definitely my go to. Natisha was there during our entire visit and she was so helpful, so considerate, so understanding, I felt good knowing she was running things. This place is one of best hotels I’ve stayed in period.

I had a very comfortable stay here, and the staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I checked in. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a bed that felt soft and cozy after a long day of traveling. I really appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning because it had plenty of fresh options like eggs and fruit, which made it easy to fuel up before heading out. The location is very convenient for visiting the nearby base or exploring the local area, and the environment stayed quiet enough for a good night's sleep. It’s a reliable and friendly choice if you are looking for a straightforward, high-quality hotel experience.

I stayed upstairs in a "business" room. It has a very long desk down the middle of the room with a couch on one side and the bed on the other. That desk was a god-send. I was able to setup all my work junk on the table, and worked 2 days straight. The bathroom wasn't great, but overall it did have a kitchenette, and it was comfortable. Breakfast was generally pretty good, the gym was pretty marginal though, but it was clean, and available! so I count that as a bonus. Although you probably won't find this hotel impressive in any way, and will probably struggle with the sticker shock over the bill, you'll find it's clean and quiet. It's nowhere near any other restaurants though, so you'll have to get in your car and drive for quite a while to find some. However, you'll at least get a good night sleep here. Some hotels can't even offer that :)

The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a restful night, including comfortable bedding and a quiet environment. I found the layout of the hotel to be very intuitive, and the common areas were bright and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast offers a good variety of hot and cold options to get the day started, and the staff does a great job of keeping the area stocked even during the morning rush. The service was friendly and professional from check-in to check-out, with a team that is clearly used to accommodating travelers on various schedules. It’s a solid, high-quality choice that provides a consistent and stress-free experience in a convenient location.

I stayed at this location at the beginning of January 2026 . The rooms were spacious yet dated . On the day of check out , the guest services employee banged on my door around 11 am threatening to charge an extra day if not out within 15 mins. She continued to bang on everyone else’s door down the hall making the same threat .Someone said she even started around 10:50am that morning . She was not available at the desk for checkout due to harassment of customers/ patrons. This behavior was unacceptable and I will not return to this location .

Excellent staff, friendly, organized & efficient. They take such pride in their services that it is an amazing “Inn”. Breakfast was delicious, clean. Cookies are fresh. I have traveled the world & if I ever need to return to this area, I will stay here again. Highly Recommend.

Would like to give special thanks to Glenda, Michelle, CC, & Natasha. My husband and I had the best weekend stay here at this location. Glenda, was amazing from beginning to end. She went over and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of in each way. Excellent customer Svc skills they all represented Hilton, with customers satisfaction. We checked out one room, to a suite next day. Glenda, personally made the accommodation an ez transition for us. CC was very kind about our delay til we moved to our suite. Hubbie lost his debit card in lobby. Michelle, called us right away. Rooms were nice, clean, & comfy. Truly appreciate everyone who we came in contact with. Definitely would recommend this location to family and friends, if they are in the area.

My daughter was traveling to see her boyfriend graduate from bootcamp and her flight home to NY was cancelled due to weather..I called the hotel and Natisha W. was beyond sweet and helpful. She extended my daughter's stay and assure my momma heart that she was going to be all set and not to worry. Natisha was so patient and understanding when I know I was a little frantic....Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The service and friendliness of this staff is out of this world. We arrived late at night around 11:30pm. It was on a Tuesday and the front desk employee was beyond friendly and kind. Even when we left in the morning she remembered us and just made us feel like family. We had been traveling due to an emergency with my family and her engagement and kind words went along way! Very clean and organized establishment. Good staff is hard to find, keep up the great work!

Over all was a great place to stay and would recommend it. However, the room left me a little disappointed. Hair could be found in a few spots on the floor. Bathroom was a bit dated with its 70s shower and toilet. AC was loud and rattled with water damage on the wall around it. Gave me a Motel 6 vibe. Issues listed may be tedious on my part, but expected better for the price paid. I still recommend it as overall the place was clean and well kept. Perfect location if your are visiting Fort Benning. The solder figurines on the support pillars in the lobby is a nice touch!
