Called for a mobility accessible king room. They had it for my dates and at a good rate and I was ready to book. I asked if it was river facing, 30 secs later she said no and I immediately replied that's fine, complete the booking, and she said oh your mobility accessible king has been sold to someone else and there are no king accessible rooms, then tried to upsell me. It is bad service to allow rooms to be taken from someone who is actively in the middle of booking it live with an agent and only asking an informational question about it.

we stayed here for one night wasn’t bad at all. Everything was very clean. The only thing that in the room, there was a problem with the shower door. It wouldn’t close all the way and it felt like it was gonna fall on you if you moved it besides that and the parking you had to walk half a block, which was not convenient, but you can appreciate the distance if you like long walks.

An Incredible Stay for My Daughter’s Birthday! We had an amazing experience at Hotel Indigo Columbus GA Riverfront. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special—especially for my 10-year-old daughter’s birthday. They created such a memorable experience for her, and she felt truly celebrated the entire time. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located on the riverfront. Every interaction we had with the team was warm, professional, and welcoming. It’s clear they take great pride in creating a great guest experience. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Indigo Columbus for making our trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Would give zero stars if I could. We had a party of 10 at the roof top bar. We arrived at around 9pm ate and drank with great service. Spent 1,000$+ the kitchen closed at 10pm. We continue to enjoy our time as friends. As the night progressed we got hungry again but didn’t want to leave because we love the atmosphere there. So we decided to get someone to bring us some tacos from a downtown vendor. When the tacos get there the very rude door guy proceeded to tell us no outdoor food allowed inside. Which I could understand if the kitchen was still open but it had closed and hour and a half prior. He was incredibly rude and combative when I asked to speak to a manager. Then stands over our table to make sure we don’t eat the tacos like a bully trying to bully 3 lady’s. I wanted to continue to spend money at your establishment on drinks but after being treated and bullied to leave by a doorman non the less I will never bring my money back to this location. And me and my party have lots of money to spend freely. I will gift that to a different establishment in the downtown area from now on.

Incredibly nice hotel with friendly staff. The water pressure in the shower is excellent with plenty of hot water. The bathroom is perfect. I slept in a huge, comfortable bed with an amazing view on the 7th floor. The room was very clean. It's also the same floor as their bar, which is one of the best I've ever seen. What an incredible atmosphere! Super chill. I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and it was five stars all the way. If you're in Columbus, Georgia for Fort Benning or for the breathtaking beauty of nature nearby, or even to ride the rapids of the Chattahoochee River, then this is where you need to stay. For sure one of the very best hotels I've ever stayed in.

This hotel is excellent. Every area is exceptionally clean. The staff is incredible attentive. Mr. Anthony Wallis and Ms. Valerie at front desk are indeed courteous and very helpful. It is wonderful to see hotel staff that enjoy their work and interacting with the guest to check if everything is good and that you feel comfortable. Their supervisor was also very professional and attentive. Their restaurant serves delicious breakfast, allow me to recommend their wonderful Costa Rica breakfast. The surrounding invites for a stroll. Everything is mostly walking distance. Regarding their rooms, clean, aesthetically pleasing and with a wonderful view. You can see part of the Chattahoochee River from room 409 windows. Regarding mold or condensation it seems above the air conditioner Their was a patch that seemed as treated and painted. Truly enjoyed my stay. Definitely must return

At first glance this hotel is fantastic. Staff wa super friendly, the area looks great and the hotel is nice. There’s seems to be a mold issue however, at the very least on the 4th floor. We checked into our room and near the AC return there was clearly mold on the ceiling. We took photos and showed front desk. They moved us to another room on the 4th floor that had the same problem. I am not sure if this is isolated to that floor, but they clearly tried to paint over the mold. Please beware! Some major work needs to be done here to remedy.

I was all ready to give this place 5 stars, up until I was ready to leave at 5am yesterday morning. I stayed 4 nights and the the staff was great and my rooms were great. I had the best view of the river. The bar on the rooftop is a must. The reason I'm taking away 2 stars and only giving 2 stars for service is for the valet. I was leaving early in the morning when it was still dark outside and they do not have 24hr valet, and they should, so they told me they would leave my car in front of the hotel. I did not know the valet wasn't 24hr when i booked my stay and that the valet is an outside company not even associated with the hotel, and that's fine in all but what if I needed my car at midnight or came back after they closed, then what? parking is across the street or something and i was traveling alone and used the valet for safety reasons. They sent me a text saying my car would be parked in front of the hotel after I let them know I would need my car at 5am and when I went down to check out, and get the car key, the car was not there. I was a bit panicked when I was told where the car was. because it was dark outside and very early in the morning I didn't want to go try to find my car by myself with all my luggage. But shoutout to Brendon who walked me to my car and took my luggage up the stairs and made sure I got to my car safe. He gets a 10/10 from me for sure because it's not even his job to do that. thanks Brendon, you're a good guy. I Did text the valet service letting them know my car was not in front of the hotel and they didn't even send me an apology text in response. I really liked the hotel and it gets a 10/10, but I'm not sure I'd come back because of the valet and some might say it's extreme not to come back just because the valet but this was about my, safety which comes first.

Absolutely loved this hotel. CLEAN!! The workers are pleasantly nice!! Ms.Kimmie helped me with picking my room! She was very patient with me outgoing and friendly! Any time I came in she would greet me before I could even get to her desk/ very lovely lady. If you think it’s pricey I promise it’s worth it. I’m happy that I was comfortable staying here. Other hotels doesn’t feel as safe. The best hotel in Columbus GA. Not to mention the location, I had absolutely no issues or complaints. Thank you to everyone & Ms.Kimmie!!
