Just want to shout out the hotel staff at this location! I was traveling for work from CT and their hospitality, friendliness and efficiency really made my stay an A+! The property seems new and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. Mrs Wanda was so gracious and cooked a very delicious breakfast. I needed a more firm pillow and Welton hooked me up with it. Awesome staff! Thank yall so much for making our stay excellent!! Totally awesome!!

This was a great hotel! The staff was amazing special shout-out to Wanda but all the staff were all outstanding. Our air conditioner was making a loud noise and two different staff members did everything they could to make us comfortable even though we didn't want to move due to leaving early the next morning. The location is ideal for walking to everything we walked every night to dinner! Now be mindful of your surroundings there are some sketchy people. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again!!! The people are what make the stay, your staff did an outstanding job you can tell they enjoy their job!!!

Every detail at the Hampton Inn downtown Columbus was great. We only had a one-night stay this time, but the staff made a wonderful impression even in that short time. Especially Wanda at the front desk—she goes above and beyond! I felt like I was coming home every time I walked in and saw her. We will definitely be back.

Walton is an amazing man. We left the hotel and without knowing, I forgot out my protein shaker at the check in desk. I walked at least three blocks and this gentleman ran all the way down to give it back to me. Service like this could not be appreciated more. This is just an example of what you can expect from the staff here. Excellent people. Thanks again Walton, you’re a real one!

A great property. Fairly new and in a perfect spot on Broadway. Very spacious and well appointed rooms. A fitness facility that rivals many health clubs. Very friendly and courteous staff. We'd definitely stay here again.

OMG! This hotel was amazing!! I loved the food, the rooms, the lobby was amazing with hosts being very welcoming. And overall it was a great experience! It was clean, friendly and quiet! I would highly recommend staying here at this hotel!!!

We came to Columbus on a work trip. My work paid for the AC hotel for my husband & I, & my mother & daughter stayed in the Hampton Inn. After seeing both hotels, choose this hotel over the AC right beside it any time! The FREE breakfast ($15 per person for much less quality at AC,) the pool, the size & amenities of the rooms, & the service are so much better. The Hampton Inn hotel is a much better quality & value than AC any day.

The hotel is nice but do not stay in room 123. It is next to the food service prep room. They were preparing breakfast at 530am bang and being loud with no regard to a room being on the other side of the wall. I dont think there should even be a room there. It is inconsiderate to the person in the room. Of course they have to prepare breakfast but why put a guest next to all of that noise? I told front desk staff at checkout that, room 123 is not a good room and she said “because it’s near the food service?” So if you know that why place guest there?

Amazing stay, as always! This was my fourth time here, and I'll absolutely be back. The location is excellent, and our Queen room was spacious and super clean. A special thank you to Jane for being so friendly and responsive! She made the trip so smooth. Loved it! 10/10
