Rooms are clean no bugsnot itchy no unhealthy moister fully functional large studio size and style apartments. Mostly quiet even when there is heavey foot traffic above the room I stayed in there wasn't dusty debi nor mold spores that was moticed. I hang moister packets from Walmart in hotels and or apartment to assist in making the rooms healthier and it absorbed none which is a good sign. The rooms have windows that can be open. Mine did not have a screen though. Large adjustable tvs good lighting compared to other local hotels. I felt safe the studios are stylish and it makes the atmosphere feel like home they are modern and cute flooring is "wood" planks modern lots of outlets they all worked. They have USB nobox needed charging wall stations but no c to c ones. A nice addition would be a wall body mirror in the room not just a face mirror in the bath room. Rooms smelled good ac /heater worked well. No discoloration on ceilings. Comfy fustom couches wall hangers by the door for bags and jackets it's literally like a little studio. I needed to check in after 7om on a Saturday and called aslike 8 mims tulle after booking online earlier that afternoon the ofc manager was getting ready to run her audit, however, she stopped and made sure that I was able to get checked in after hours and thatu payment was successfully prossessed via phone, my phone even disconnected pur call randomly and she called me back which was outstanding customer service. I was able to get checked in. They are closed on Sundays no check-ins allowed and close for check in after 7 pm mon through Sat it's more like an apartment complex or condominium feel here I really like it. The location is in the upper northern part of Columbus where crime is a lot lower that other areas. The laundry is complete out of service even though one of the washers didn't have an out of order sign and took my quarters, they have directions posted in the way if that happens in how to request a refund there is a walkable ( at least for me it's walkable but I enjoy walks and challenging hills) 24/7 laundryatt that is safe clean and it takes cards and cash and has vending for washing product needs with small washers as cheap as $3 and dry for 75 cent to a dollaror more if you need. None of the washer currently work though on the property so be aware laundry doesn't work and the pool is concreted in. There's a well stocked reasonably priced gas station ingromt of the hotel that sits on a coltasack no loud highway noise aeast not in the unit I was assigned. I did request a top floor and they didn't have any available. A door flap cover should be purchased if you stay here for the front door and a frying or boiling pan. Cleaning supplies broom or small $20 vaccm more towlsdish soap toilet paper food drings ect. Walmart delivers here flawlessly in my experience you just put your room number and they drip at the door even after hours where it's only assessable to tenants by kry card it's secure and people arerespectful. Service on cell phones isn't all that great here though. I would recommend a small play ground or basket ball goal be on the property for children as it seems there is children who often stay here. Is is very loud friendly other than that. Ify kids were small toddlers or babies I would consider the room I stayed in plenty healthy enough for them to live in temp untill we obtained permanat housing. And the room phone ddont work fyi bring hangers or use dresser. Over all so far this has been the best out of all of my recent experiences in the last ten years including experiences staying with hotels/ extended stays/Airbnb stays/padsplit rentals/ even better than local apartment complexdtays that I have experienced locally. Great Job staff to the staff member for excellent customer service and care and to the owners for setting a higher standard at their North Columbus moon road location, In Town and suites extended stay hotel. I give 5 stars to you all! Best in town esp for the $$.

Whoever Tameka is at the front desk was rude ! I called to inquire about staying long term and she’s going give me a customer service number to call saying they can assist me better because she has a guest in front of her , and then gave a sarcastic laugh . That turned me off from even wanting to book with them.

The people are so rude and disrespectful. The cleaning lady’s are the best thing about this place they are nice and know what to do. I’ve been harassed about my service dog and been violated of my rights. Ada law states many things they need to look up. They are slow on maintenance and will look you over. There are workers that have connections with people that stay here and try to get them evicted because they don’t like what you’re doing being jealous. CLOWN HOUSE ?also the laundry room is always broken in the past 3 months of being here …..

InTown Suites is the best place to stay with a super friendly staff especially (Tanya) she is awesome and very professional and I’m very proud that the company has her as an employee and I will continue to stay here it has become a home feeling I couldn’t see myself staying anywhere but here and those who are reading this I would recommend this place 10/10

The hotel itself as far as rooms, interior, etc this place was a great stay ! However the pool here is always closed, and while that’s disappointing, the bigger issue is that the entire patio area is locked off because it’s attached to the pool. That space could easily be used for outdoor seating—even if the pool stays closed. Right now, there’s nowhere outside to sit, not even in the designated smoking area. And when it rains, there’s zero covered space to step out and stay dry. Opening the patio, even just as a sitting area, would make a huge difference for guest comfort.

Really disappointed in my stay at this hotel!!!! Staff being ugly in front costumers. Should respect accommodate for service animals. Didn’t. The manager has personal problems with service animals not pet an will take it out on costumer really ugly towards costumer even tho it’s most definitely not like you come invade their space touch it I think not!!!! Office lady will Randomly come into rooms with no notice. The only notice is the cleaning as well you have to leave your room. Who knows how long they tell you you have to leave so god forbid you take a shower or in bed sleeping having school work or on a important call wanting to be left alone after you pay for your room. Wonderful to have cleaning done change bed sheets then leave!!! shouldn’t take all day!! I never seen anything like it in a hotel service is horrible!! This place is most definitely not a good place if you want any time to yourself for a decent stay!!

Ms.T and her staff are awesome people. Very professional And polite. Miss T go above and beyond to make sure that your stay at Intown is polite and pleasant. She always make sure every day that you’re OK. She always have a smile on face. Her maintenance team I don’t know the guy name but he’s very professional and Make sure that you’re OK. Make sure you know he don’t stop until his problem is fixed. Thank you in town, You are made must stay very pleasant and great will return

The staff are friendly and understanding. Our stay here has been great. If we have any issues they are fixed immediately. I would recommend In-Town to anyone.

It's okay. Great location, though. Good value for your money. The service and cleanliness are just okay. The remodel is way better than it was before, so that's a plus. The lobby area is beautiful, clean, and smells fresh, but the hallways are not at all... dirty and smelly. I had my kids in their socks the first day walking around the room, and the floors were filthy. Extremely filthy. Idk if they clean the floors. That was a huge turn-off because kids play on the floor with their toys. Because the floor was so filthy, it made we feel like what else isn't clean. We didn't like that you can't refuse house cleaning if you don't want it. I've never heard of that before. That was a turn-off. When they did come clean, they didn't do much from what I noticed. Just changed the trash but didn't get all the trash. The bathroom smelt like bleach, but it wasn't clean. They don't replace the towels. It's the guest responsibility to clean them. We didn't use the laundry because we weren't comfortable that they clean them often. I could say more but to end. It's just okay.
