Clean 24/7, very accommodating and friendly staff. Beds were neat and comfortable. Rooms were very clean with nice features. Breakfast was great everyday.

I have stayed in a La Quinta once before (different location/state) and it was actually nice, so I expected something decent. When I arrived to my room, I was appalled at how dirty it was. I felt like I couldn't set anything down. I asked to switch rooms and when I got to the second room, it was just as bad so I ended up checking out early because I felt so uncomfortable. The staff was nice and easy to talk to, especially considering I basically only had complaints, but it really was so dirty in the rooms and the hallways. The whole place needs a very deep wipe down and sanitation.

The older gentleman at the nighttime check-in was super sweet and lovely! The rooms are fine but could be a little cleaner; there was still hair in the shower and a little even on the bathroom counter. Maybe my expectations are high, but the rooms could use a little facelift. Without looking for it, I noticed paint peeling from the ceiling in multiple spots, baseboards peeling off the wall and revealing mildew, a shower drain that doesn't drain terribly well. Nothing to hinder one's sleep, really. But it's just something I'd more expect from a 2 star hotel. Could easily be fixed with a good scrub and fresh coat of paint in most spots. But still, as a paying customer, it was noticeable enough.

They let us do early check in over the phone which was so great. The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with one of the outlets tripping for the microwave and turning off and called the front desk for help. A woman immediately came not even 5 minutes later to fix it. We were travelling with a baby and needed the microwave to warm his milk and they were very empathetic and understanding about that. Breakfast lasted longer than their scheduled time which was nice because I did not wake up when it scheduled to run. Even when I needed help late at night with getting more towels the staff was still very friendly and easy to reach. I had no issues with cleanliness. When we walked in it very obviously smelled like it had just been freshly sanitized. Not just in our rooms but down the halls as well. We will def stay here again next year for winter events :) thank y'all for being so kind to us when we were travelling with a baby.

I've used this hotel for years, using the same card without a problem! The guy at the front desk checked me in and gave me a key. He saw that I pre-registered and prepaid, which I did and he agreed. The same night, someone tried to get in my room late at night. Then, my family and I got disturbed by Peter Griffin and Meg at the front desk! I was asked to come downstairs, being told by Casey or Kasey and Richard that my room was not paid for! They deactivated my room key with my belongings and kids still inside! I showed them where the money was held on my card, but that didn't matter to them. He tried to charge my card on file again. What's the point of sending a pre-arrival check in asking for a card if you have to go through this??? I don't have this issue with Hilton's check-in process. I came from out of town with my kids to visit family and they wanted to kick us out of the room, saying that we could stay in the lobby! Like I said, I've been coming here for years, but I will not be back! I've never had this issue! The last stay, a customer called the police on us because we were waiting in the lobby due to having to change rooms because the light went out in ours. I will be contacting Wyndham!

Breakfast options were pretty sad, but at least they did offer breakfast. Rooms were quiet enough and bed was comfortable. You could tell that the bathroom was a bit dated but everything was clean and tidy. Front staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was a dirty hotel, lobby furniture and the room had broken floorboards, Frayed carpet office chair seat was all tore up couch furniture in the room was dirty TV to change a channel to minutes. The bathroom toilet seat was loose chipped tub curtains not that great. Best thing about it was the bed was comfortable.

I always do the pre-check in prior to my stays, (complimentary 1:00 pm check in for platinum members upon availability) the request showed that it expired due to the front desk staff never reviewing it. I got in late, so I disregarded that. I also requested late checkout (complimentary 1:00 pm check out for platinum members upon availability) the status showed pending upon arrival (Again, no one reviewed my request). I asked the lady checking me in if I was set for late checkout, then was told there was a fee for late checkout. I told her I was given the option for the complimentary late checkout, she then says “WE DO NOT OFFER LATE CHECKOUT HERE.” She lied straight to my face, then stated the latest time for checkout here is 11:30 am. Turns out, she is the manager at this hotel, and her name is Myra. She has the nastiest attitude and she is very rude. I asked someone else working front desk about the late checkout, and he told me that there were already too many late checkouts for that following day, and that they were short staffed on house keepers. The day of checkout, they attempted to charge my card for a late checkout fee. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Check-in was easy, and I appreciated the free parking. The continental breakfast was okay. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in (Room 206) had a strong stale, moldy smell upon entering, and I had to purchase Lysol and disinfectant spray just to make it more comfortable. The biggest issue was finding a large roach in the bathroom, which disappeared into an opening in the baseboard. When I reported this to management, they only mentioned that maintenance would look at it. For the $110 I paid, it was manageable, but the room conditions made the stay less than ideal. With better attention to cleanliness, odor control, and pest prevention, the experience could be greatly improved.

Adequate but could really use some updates. Breakfast was passable at best with powdered eggs, rotation of sausage and bacon and the standard make-your-own waffles to go along with a variety of uninspired cold food choices. I had to ask four times to get housekeeping service to my room which is just ridiculous. Other than that, this stay was fine. It's just an outdated location.
