I loved this hotel. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The hotel was so clean. The room was beyond clean, the bed was comfortable and the whole visit was just perfect. Breakfast was just what we needed. Hot and well displayed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The staff at check in was very nice and made us feel welcome. The lobby, hallway and breakfast area were nice and clean and visually pleasing. The room as fine. Breakfast was very good. I was traveling with my Sister and as two women traveling alone, we never once felt threatened at this Hotel. I recommend this Hotel and would stay there again. Thank You La Quinta! We enjoyed our stay!

If I could give Zero Stars, I would. There were holes in the ceiling, water dripping from the floor above’s shower, plaster falling off the ceiling, no air vent in the bathroom, tv did not work, electrical outlets were falling off. I asked the Assistant Manager for help. She was rude and I asked to talk to the manager, she said there was not one. Then I asked for the District Manager’s phone number. She proceeded to give me her own number. She also tried to refuse me a printed receipt. Do not book a room here. Overpriced, run down and rude!!! I always give 4 star reviews, not this time!!!

This was unfortunately one of the more disappointing Wyndham stays we’ve had in quite awhile. First impression, the parking situation is not great. They also advertise themselves as dog friendly, but there are signs all over specifically telling guests to keep dogs off the grass, which felt a little contradictory and made it difficult trying to walk our dogs. Check-in also got things off on the wrong foot. The PM front desk clerk was on her phone when we arrived, and it took a bit for her to notice I was standing there waiting. There was also no acknowledgment of Diamond status, she refused to provide any diamond reward member benefits. I was denied my preferred room choice, denied late checkout, no welcome amenity offered, and overall the check-in felt pretty dismissive. As we headed to our room, the hallways smelled strongly like marijuana and there were people walking around barefoot in the halls. Throughout the night, doors were being slammed repeatedly, so it definitely wasn’t the quietest or most comfortable environment. Then in the morning, we were woken up around 9:20 AM by vacuuming, followed shortly after by housekeeping loudly going down the hallway knocking on doors and yelling “housekeeping” before 10 AM. The property itself also feels very worn down and overdue for upkeep. You can tell it’s an older building that hasn’t had much investment put into it recently. I was initially excited to see the walk-in shower in the room, but the water pressure was honestly the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. The one bright spot during the stay was the AM front desk clerk at checkout. We let her know about our experience, and she was very professional and responsive. She listened, wrote everything down, took the concerns seriously, and let us know she would be speaking with the GM about it. I really appreciated that she actually seemed to care and wanted to address the issues. We have yet to hear from the GM or anyone else about this stay but hopefully it will be addressed soon.

I have stayed in a La Quinta once before (different location/state) and it was actually nice, so I expected something decent. When I arrived to my room, I was appalled at how dirty it was. I felt like I couldn't set anything down. I asked to switch rooms and when I got to the second room, it was just as bad so I ended up checking out early because I felt so uncomfortable. The staff was nice and easy to talk to, especially considering I basically only had complaints, but it really was so dirty in the rooms and the hallways. The whole place needs a very deep wipe down and sanitation.

The older gentleman at the nighttime check-in was super sweet and lovely! The rooms are fine but could be a little cleaner; there was still hair in the shower and a little even on the bathroom counter. Maybe my expectations are high, but the rooms could use a little facelift. Without looking for it, I noticed paint peeling from the ceiling in multiple spots, baseboards peeling off the wall and revealing mildew, a shower drain that doesn't drain terribly well. Nothing to hinder one's sleep, really. But it's just something I'd more expect from a 2 star hotel. Could easily be fixed with a good scrub and fresh coat of paint in most spots. But still, as a paying customer, it was noticeable enough.

They let us do early check in over the phone which was so great. The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with one of the outlets tripping for the microwave and turning off and called the front desk for help. A woman immediately came not even 5 minutes later to fix it. We were travelling with a baby and needed the microwave to warm his milk and they were very empathetic and understanding about that. Breakfast lasted longer than their scheduled time which was nice because I did not wake up when it scheduled to run. Even when I needed help late at night with getting more towels the staff was still very friendly and easy to reach. I had no issues with cleanliness. When we walked in it very obviously smelled like it had just been freshly sanitized. Not just in our rooms but down the halls as well. We will def stay here again next year for winter events :) thank y'all for being so kind to us when we were travelling with a baby.

I've used this hotel for years, using the same card without a problem! The guy at the front desk checked me in and gave me a key. He saw that I pre-registered and prepaid, which I did and he agreed. The same night, someone tried to get in my room late at night. Then, my family and I got disturbed by Peter Griffin and Meg at the front desk! I was asked to come downstairs, being told by Casey or Kasey and Richard that my room was not paid for! They deactivated my room key with my belongings and kids still inside! I showed them where the money was held on my card, but that didn't matter to them. He tried to charge my card on file again. What's the point of sending a pre-arrival check in asking for a card if you have to go through this??? I don't have this issue with Hilton's check-in process. I came from out of town with my kids to visit family and they wanted to kick us out of the room, saying that we could stay in the lobby! Like I said, I've been coming here for years, but I will not be back! I've never had this issue! The last stay, a customer called the police on us because we were waiting in the lobby due to having to change rooms because the light went out in ours. I will be contacting Wyndham!

Breakfast options were pretty sad, but at least they did offer breakfast. Rooms were quiet enough and bed was comfortable. You could tell that the bathroom was a bit dated but everything was clean and tidy. Front staff was friendly and accommodating.
