I stayed there with my family from August 25th to 30th to attend my son's graduation and green ceremony. It's a quiet, clean place, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is limited, but it's adequate for the price. I didn't see anyone suspicious loitering around.It's not located on Victory Road, it's on St. Marys Road. The ice machine worked very well and the pool smelled of bleach.I visited 3 different Walmarts, the one I liked the most is located in front of the Columbus airport and Family Dollar is also there.

Came for Fort Benning Graduation. I was extremely impressed. Through the remodeling, it was nice! And the smell was absolutely wonderful! So clean Good luck getting out the beds, they hug you and you will be late to wherever you go! Trust us. Pool area was used, and our family enjoyed! The area around was little run down but no issues. Hotel was literally only minutes from base. Front desk very friendly. We will definitely stay again if need be!

I have stayed several Microtel before for work, this is by far the nicest I've stayed at. Staff here are absolutely awesome, extremely attentive and friendly. Working hard to accommodate you at every turn. I want to give shout out Nikki at the front desk she was awesome with my grandkids, the cleaning staff were really helpful. All in all a great experience! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfectly close to the visitors center to be able to maximize time with my SIT that was afforded an off base pass for a few days. Staff was amazing, shout-out to Missie, Phoenix, Angel, and Nikki! Amazing friendly staff, super accommodating and understanding, plus the pool was an unplanned bonus! Also, my husband thanks y'all for the $7,000 pancake machine (it was literally all he ate and they were super yummy(

I can’t believe how comfortable the beds were at this hotel—and the pillows too! I’ve stayed in hotels that cost three times as much and didn’t sleep nearly as well. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay at a great price, I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was quite a bit of remodeling going on, with tape and work areas throughout the property, but it didn’t bother us at all. We were simply looking for a good night’s sleep during our road trip, and that’s exactly what we got. We woke up rested and ready to get back on the road.

Honestly, I do not require much and this room is perfect. It's small but packed with everything I need and was so freaking clean! I was a little surprised. I have been in bigger rooms that didn't even have a microwave, this one has one and ITS CLEAN! The staff has been absolutely great, Missy especially, she's so kind and helpful and her heart for people I can tell is admirable. (Honorable mention to the other female staff member who gave me milk at an ungodly late hour. She did a great thing that night for my strawberry cookies)Anyway, the service was outstanding, they are doing renovations right now by the lobby area so some sights aren't so pretty but they keep it clean, very clean. The location is right off the highway and "walkably" close to Dollar stores and gas stations which make it very convenient staying here. The pool is extremely small but I'm here alone so I don't really care lol. I had a great time here.

We’ve stayed here 3 times, haven’t had a bad experience once. The rooms seem to be clean & the front desk lady is incredible. I think her name is nikki? I could be wrong, but she’s always there. She’s great with customer service. She tried getting us into a newly renovated room, unfortunately the toilet wasn’t working so we got moved but she tried & the new renovations are great! Only a few minutes from bennings main gate, which was super convenient. It does seem to be an older hotel, so the renovations are going to be good for them. It’s also pretty affordable. I would stay again just because of the customer service

Stayed for the Turning Blue Ceremony and Graduation, was exactly what we needed. Hotel was going under an update while we were there but construction was pretty contained, and had limited hours or noisy work. Mostly while everyone was out during the day. Service-wise Nikki was phenomenal, never have had someone so helpful working customer service at a hotel. Truly cared about our experience. We were a big party of 10, a little rowdy, and she was so kind and helpful to everyone. If Nikki is working you are taken care of, you feel important, and you feel safe. An absolute angel and probably the best part of our stay, our thanks go to her ten fold.

Had it not been for the staff & the distance from Ft Benning, I would’ve rated lower. There were finger prints on the TV & stains on some of the room’s linen. The walls are also pretty thin, & it’s not the hotel staff’s fault when some of the guests are inconsiderate of others.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We had plenty of toilet paper, towels, and pillows. Water pressure was great in the shower. The only hot thing for breakfast was a pancake maker and if you made oatmeal, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. No scrambled eggs or sausage or any protein besides boiled eggs, but it was free so. The location was convenient so close to the highway but the immediate area is fairly rundown with lots of trash and random clothing lying around. Next time we will probably stay closer to downtown or somewhere on Exit 6 but thats not due to the hotel at all, just the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay!
