A Solid, Comfortable Stay. It's clean, quite, reasonably priced, and delivers exactly what it promises without any fuss. Clean rooms, decent complimentary breakfast, fresh outdoor pool, I'd happily stay here again.

I dont know where this place gets these positive reviews, unless they are employees. The rooms were filthy, food on floor from previous guests. Rooms smell of wet and mildew, with very visible mold on the wall paintings and ceiling. I wouldnt stay here again if they paid me to.

Outstanding customer service, pool was clean, room was clean and I received my deposit back immediately. I couldn’t ask for a better stay and will be returning soon. Thank you guys!

If I can give this place a negative response I would. This place is absolutely disgusting!! I had to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies for the bathroom and wipe down everything in the room to feel comfortable. Including sheets for the bed. DISGUSTING!! Do not go to this hotel without disinfectant ?

I had an amazing stay at the hotel for the price I paid. It has been rebranded to Park Inn by Radisson, Columbus which is part of Choice family, When my family arrived at the hotel, it was clean and the beds were so comfortable that we immediately went to sleep after a long drive. We always felt safe with enough lighting through out the property and restaurants were just across the roads. Sam, the general manager was really awesome and took good care of us. We definitely come back again.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Park Inn by Radisson in Columbus, Georgia. The room was disgusting and had an overwhelming odor the moment we walked in. Within 10 minutes of being in the room, I developed a pounding headache from the smell. The condition of the room was unacceptable and nothing like what was advertised. When we brought our concerns to management, the situation only got worse. Management was rude, disrespectful, confrontational, and completely unwilling to address our concerns professionally. We felt dismissed and treated poorly from the moment we reported the issue. Because of the condition of the room, we checked out within 10 minutes of checking in. We were told at checkout that a refund would be issued due to the circumstances. However, despite multiple attempts to follow up, no refund has been received, and management has been non-responsive. Potential guests should be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, the positive reviews do not reflect the condition of the property or the level of customer service we received. I would encourage travelers to do thorough research before booking and not rely solely on the glowing reviews posted online. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

My stay was really great. Looks like the new management is really making efforts for a comfortable stay for the guests. The rooms were super clean and awesome breakfast . I will come back for sure.

Let me tell you about my stay, I am enjoying a breakfast pallet not just a breakfast. Optimistic staff and are as down to earth as you can get. I will definitely be saving on my list of go to spots. I love the banana muffins!! My room was very nice, 3 pillows! I enjoyed my stay inside and outside the building! The front desk and the staff are very understanding and firm. If they can, they will. I recommend Baymont. I love listening to them Dawgs!

Varteesa was absolutely wonderful. After a really bad experience at another hotel, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made a stressful situation so much better. Her empathy and attention to detail truly stood out, and she turned our stay around completely. Because of the outstanding service we received, we will be returning for my son’s next graduation in March and plan on staying here again.
