Let me preface this by saying the staff were very friendly, helpful, and really nice. The hotel was quiet, the rooms didn't smell like smoke, the beds and sheets were clean. There were no signs of bed bugs or stains on the mattress. With that being said, this hotel should not be 3 stars and the rooms were not up to the standard of $135-$155 a night. There were several areas of the room/bathroom that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I don't think this was because of a lack of effort, but more of a lack of help. I uploaded pictures of what was we noticed. Go to the photos of the hotel. I've added text to the pictures to note what I saw. Also noted, the pool was visibly unclean and the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The eggs were inedible and there were no bread options. No bagels, no biscuits, not even regular white bread. This isn't $135-$155 kind of breakfast. Be prepared to go out for breakfast. Luckily, there are MANY options for food around the hotel.

As stated when I checked out Id leave a comment for the lady with glasses that went out of her way to call to make sure I was well taken cared of while trying to get me situated with a 3rd party booking. The lady was very informative and did everything necessary before she left her shift. I did forget your name but from but from Mr. T to you your outstanding customer service didn't go unrecognizable or forgotten. I did need some more quarters tho lol. Was a pleasure meeting you.

Very nice hotel. The staff are very helpful. Rooms were really clean and the bed was actually cozy. It was nice to stay somewhere that the bed isn't like concrete.

The place looked a little bit better in the online pictures than it did in reality. The staff were okay, but the maintenance and housekeeping services were very poor. The rooms had a bad smell. We stayed for 4 nights, and no one cleaned our room throughout our entire stay. When we asked the cleaning lady about it, she said that she would clean it “if she remembered,” but she never did. This level of service is unacceptable and made our experience very disappointing. But the hotel was close to many places to eat and shop.

This place was pretty darn upsetting. Came here to celebrate graduation from the army with my husband. The room smelled bad. The bathroom looks terrible, they couldn’t even clean the mirror right, water stains all over it. The tub looks bad too. Everything looks dated and dirty. The TV has such bad screens you can barely watch needs updating to smart TV, like everywhere else in the world. The carpets were kinda sticky. The mini fridge needs replacing. The USB ports on bedsides don’t work. The lamps aren’t even the same color lights. The bed is stiff. Everything that can be wrong is wrong. When I got here I had to try three times to get the WIFI to work. The pool area has a giant leak in it and the pool water looks unclear. Don’t feel comfortable swimming. Honestly afraid to try breakfast too. I gave a two in the service because at least the lady wasn’t rude. Highly don’t recommend. I give the location a three because local to a lot of shops and grocery store. Trying to make a nice affordable weekend with my husband and walked into a mess. Honestly what you get is not worth what I paid.

Will absolutely never stay here again. The second you walk in the lobby it's just overwhelming smell of weed. Our room had a dripping AC so loud you could hear it the whole night. The bottom sheet came off the bed because they are the cheapest sheets available, I'm sure. The carpets were sticky. The pull out couch my kids used was literally stained with body sauce of some kind. Absolutely disgusting. We could not get out of there fast enough. The walls are paper thin and we could literally hear people's conversations just speaking at normal levels. I am not a hotel snob, just a regular person - but just no, absolutely not. And the pool was...no...no. Just NO. One of my children even brought me the brochure and said, "hey look how they lied about how the pool looks!" ? Stay somewhere else!

This hotel is not a Super 8 but it’s also not a Hilton. You will get what you pay for. The location is ideal with the shopping and restaurants around and it is nestled nicely off the beaten path and feels safe when going outside at night. That’s where the accolades end. The hotel can definitely use some upgrades and remodeling. The bathrooms are borderline gross. The tub has all kinds of cracks and scratches on it. The side of the toilet still had pee or either rust on the screws by the floor. The towels were grungy and still had old stains on them. My washcloth had a hole in it. The comfort of the beds was decent but again old stains were on the linen. The housekeeping lady was knocking on doors asking if we had trash or dirty towels. I told her we do but my wife is in the shower. She said yall have a stay-over so if we don’t get to it today we will get to it tomorrow. I thought to myself…oooook and I hope so but that does us no good at all since we will be gone by then. Speaking of the shower…the water pressure was awful and it was luke warm at best. We stayed here because we came to town due to an emergency family situation and it was the most affordable for us at the time. If this is in your price range and what you can afford; by all means go for it. If you can afford a little better quality hotel I would definitely recommend it.

Overall: decent hotel. Only complaint would be spotty wifi, and non-functional wall outlets. Wifi didn't work for most of my stay and certain wall outlets did not function. Rooms were great, pool was good, breakfast was a little lack luster, but staff were real nice.

Room was nice. Staff was nice. If you’re looking to swim don’t bother it’s very gross and smells like fishy crick water. The fitness room was gross also. We were super disappointed with our stay

Arriving nobody was at the desk. The room had previous damage. The hot water never got hot couldn't shower comfortably. ALL night long people above us was banging and acting like their wrestling. Couldn't get any sleep! Worst stay in my life! Oh the pool was down due to maintenance. (The pool was the only reason why we booked here!) Stains everywhere! No bar it's just a fridge behind the counter. Breakfast is powder eggs, microwave sasage, waffles, and some packaged bake goods.
