My son and I stayed here, but never again. The front desk lady during the day was rude. Friday evening we come in and see that the outside pool door is busted, glass in the pool and all over the floor. The mess was left through our whole weekend there. It's not the best area, don't leave anything in your vehicles and lock up.

Floors are sticky even after being mopped three times. Pool was closed because outside door and window had rocks thrown through them. Technically they have a pool but you better lower your standards on your definition and the water was cloudy. Sprinkler in room had painters tape on it. Water pressure in shower is awful. Coat rack is ripped off the wall on one side. Hairs in sink. Clean bed sheets. Friendly staff. Price was fair.

We stayed Wednesday to Saturday and were not given towels. Upon check in our room had a broken air conditioner. When I say broken, I mean it was hanging off the wall and you could see out outside. The receptionist was rude when I called down. Once we got to our new room-you guessed it-no towels. Not one. So I went down and got some. No towels were given in the next two days. When I called down for towels at 2pm Friday bc housekeeping room ours, the receptionist was extremely rude to me and said I’ll get towels when I get them. At 6pm I went down and was given 2 towels. The blonde receptionist was very nice and helpful, the other woman. She needs a new job. It was extremely disappointing that the pool isn’t open until 10am, but it was so gross and dirty in there we didn’t want to swim anyway. The elevator reaked of pot. Second and third floor ice machines were broken, and the vending machines completely empty. We could not shut our bathroom door, it was warped or something. Will never stay here again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise ?. The bed was decent the heat in the room worked good. The tv actually got channels and best of all the water in the heated pool was tolerable. Now the room temperature in the pool room was a completely different story. The actual room was freezing ? and blowing cold air out of the vents straight onto the pool. The employees were pleasant enough the toiletries were surprisingly good quality and breakfast was your standard Continental but hey you get what you pay for right. I would stay here again. Its close to Fort Benning which is why i came so that's all that mattered. But theres tons of shopping and food within walking distance.

If I was an athlete and I loved cold showers, I’d love to come here! BUT IM NOT. And you know I think it’s really considerate that the hotel decided to not let the toilets flush! It’s so rare of hotels to do something like that and so I’m SO grateful of the awful service??. By the way I’m collecting all the hairs I find in the bathroom and gifting them as a wig to the mean receptionist guy!

Had seven nights booked at first to visit son staying at Fort Benning. Very run down, no maintenance on anything! After spending four nights with luke warm showers that turned to no hot water at all went to front desk and offered room on different floor. That room had no working heater and just blew cold air and also no hot water after waiting for over an hour there either. Did not offer any discounts for what was happening! So we checked out early and our spending are remaining three nights at a different hotel. The only thing they have going for them is a good breakfast if Melinda is working! I would only recommend staying there if you like cold showers, no heat and no maintenance but enjoy a good breakfast.

didn't take many photos. Ice machine didn't work. The breakfast was lacking. The juice machine didn't work. Not good water pressure in the shower. Over all clean and quiet the first night. 2nd night it sounded like ppl bowling on top of us. So it wasn't bad but I couldn't do it more than 2 nights.

Carly at the front desk was VERY nice and this review has nothing to do with her or the way that she treated us. This hotel was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. After driving from 5 states away to pick up a loved one for Christmas, we checked in a little before 2am hoping to get at least a couple hours of sleep before making the long drive home. I was shocked to see the state of the room that was given to us. It was so bad we didn’t even end up staying and chose to pick up our family member and drive home on no sleep. I don’t even understand how housekeeping could possibly think that this room was “clean”. 0/10 absolutely would NOT recommend. DISGUSTING.

The staff here were all excellent! The location was perfect for our trip to Ft Benning for a graduation. It's just off the interstate, there are lots of restaurants around, and it was easy to get on base. The hotel itself was a bit underwhelming-- more like I expect from a Quality Inn, not a Comfort Inn. But overall, we would stay here again if we were in the area.

We stayed here for a graduation and the employees were great especially the kitchen lady in the morning, but it is pretty dirty. There was mold in the pool area, the rooms smell musty, and it just wasn’t well kept.
