I had just checked into my room and within 5 minutes I couldn't breathe. I was alone in the room, amputee, in wheelchair. I hurried to the door, rolled to office and signaled to the staff to call ambulance. Within 5 minutes I was on my way to the hospital had congestive heart failure. Thanks to their fast actions I am doing fine. I had to repay for that room again, but I am grateful they stored my belongings while I was in the hospital. I've been here since March 1, 2026 and I've extended another weeks stay
Beautiful hotel with excellent service! The rooms were spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the entire place had a relaxing vibe. The staff was very respectful and attentive. I felt safe and well taken care of during my stay.
I decided to sit in my car while my son rested. This place is absolutely revolting. I only came through because my son graduated and needed a few hours rest before he had to return to base. Thank God I carry clorox wipes because everything had some sort of filthy sticky film to it(remote control, doorknob, chair, ect... I would not bring my dog here. And for the price I could have stayed overnight at 3 star. The staff was very nice, that was the selling point. Im so disgusted, I may need to go to the doctor after this.
Very wonderful customer service skills. Me and my fiance are moving from Atlanta to Columbus and until we find a home to call home we will stay here. A really big difference from Atlanta. Just what we were looking for peace, quietness and business ventures. And we love the price
I stayed in a double-bed room that’s supposed to sleep four people, but the room only came with 2 towels, 1 washcloth, and 1 hand towel. Not great if you’re bringing the whole family. The place itself is fine for on-the-road workers who just need a quick, simple spot to sleep, but it’s definitely not set up for a full group. If you’re traveling with more than two people, be prepared to ask the front desk for extra linens. Overall, good for a basic stay — just not family-friendly.
This is one of the most economical with the best service hotel I have ever been in this area. The front office staff was extremely customer friendly and they would go above and beyond to accommodate our needs and request. I strongly recommend this motel.
My family and I stayed there for 5 nights the people from the front desk are sooooo nice! rooms are nice and clean price for the room is affordable and they're pet friendly. They told me If I needed anything just ask anytime It's a safe place and I like that their rooms are non smoking
The people at the front desk were fantastic! They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay; there was some definite age showing as well as a few damages, but it was clean and felt safe. For coming down to my nephew's boot camp graduation, we got so lucky with the location-- it was only a few minutes from where we needed to be. It's not a place I'd want to spend a week on holiday, but for a quick trip for a particular purpose, it was fine.
I stayed here when I was visiting for my son's going green ceremony at Ft. Benning and it was more than just dirty—it was dangerous. The bathroom was a disaster: peeling paint, grime, and a toilet seat with cigarette burns. Only two bath towels, no washcloths, and no floor mat meant stepping out of the shower was risky. And then it happened—I slipped. My hand went down to catch my fall and landed on a shard of glass. It sliced my palm open, and I bled heavily. I still don’t know where that glass came from, and frankly, I don’t want to. No guest should ever have to fear for their safety like that. The shower curtain had stains that looked like dried blood, the water pressure was weak, and the room smelled like mildew and mystery funk. And about that “outdoor pool” they advertise? The closest thing to a pool was the bathtub in our room. There was no pool in sight—just disappointment. This wasn’t just a bad stay—it was a traumatic one. If you value your health, your safety, and your peace of mind, do not stay here. This place needs more than a deep clean—it needs accountability.
Affordable hotel room, no real amenities just a room to sleep in. The air conditioner works great. They had security cameras and their lights are bright at night so I did feel rather safe. Staff was super friendly and accommodating too. Negatives is the fact that I did find two roaches in my room and the outlet next to the bed did not work.
