I normally stay at this location when I come to Columbus. This stay I had bugs ? in the room on the ceiling falling in my bed . Dead bugs all in the room, The front desk and manager was not helpful at all. They had the maintenance man come in the room to inspect . I requested another room , I was told the hotel was full . I was told by front desk that they would provide me another room and did NOT. I have more to say about this stay buts anyways I end up leaving and going to another hotel at 10 o’clock at night. I had early engagements the next morning. I drove 5 hours from out of town and the room was trashed . I would not recommend this hotel if you do stay, please check your room for bugs on ceiling and in your bed.?The manager did not help at all Period. If I could give a negative 0 I would. And called corporate about this matter.

Nice room, two queen sized beds plus queen pull out couch, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, eggs, yogurt, lots of pastry but no gluten free options.

Great BIG room, breakfast was great, hotel was quiet and clean. Would stay again for sure! Room was less than $80 through third party

Great night, comfy bed, very clean, love the blackout curtains, very quiet. Great breakfast, plenty of meat and good variety. Nice people and definitely would stay again.

Yvonne and Meg greeted me this morning on my way to my airplane flight in Atlanta. The whole 2 days and nights here were the best times of our lives. All the staff were courteous and respectful. It felt just like home again. All of our family enjoyed our stay and we will be taking advantage of their great , warm hospitality in the future. Please have a blessed day yall!!! Pros: quiet, variety of restaurants around w/IHOP right next door. Lots of parking. The BEST thing about this location was the staff! The customer service here was dang near top-tier & in 2025, thats hard to come by. There was only 1 employee who didn't seem to want to be there. That's incredible! To that older lady who was at the front desk overnight (last night until this morning) you stick out like a sore thumb because you seemed to be the only employee in the building whose professionalism and customer service was completely OFF. Cons: needs updates BADLY, the room was not clean & the bathroom was quite disgusting. Dirty doors and dirt spotted furniture...YUCK. Room tv did not work & when I let front desk know, they gave me a phone # to call. Uhm...ok...I came to relax, not to be on a service call for equipment that doesnt belong to me. The iron barely got hot. The microwave in my room took 11 mins to warm a bowl of rice. The floor in my room was slippery. Not clean, just slippery. The smell of the hotel was not warm & Inviting. It was more like old furniture & carpeting odor throughout the building. If you stay here understand that youre paying for an amazing staff. They fall short in every other category.

This hotel is not well kept. Various maintenance and cleaning issues need to be addressed. The faucet in the tub sits 2 inches away from the tub wall allowing water to enter inside the wall. The wall mount for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner has black mold and grim covering the bracket. The bathroom sink doesn't drain properly. The sheets on the bed weren't fully placed and had to readjusted. The common hallways and elevators are not clean. The breakfast food had a weird slimy coating on all of the prepared food.

Very nice stay! The room was clean and presentable, quiet floor, and the customer service was good. Standard breakfast options with a highly attentive breakfast attendant that kept everything stocked and orderly :)

This stay was a nightmare from the second we checked in. They changed our room and gave the one we reserved away before we got there to check in. The room that we were given only had one bed and the air conditioning didn't work. When I tried to speak with the front desk they were rude and told me I could easily just leave. We were in town for a tournament and 4 hours from home. I was told that the air would get fixed when it got fixed and there was no manager to speak to me. Holiday inn customer service put in a ticket to have a manager call me but after 8 days no call was received. We have never had issues like this where you were literally nothing more than a room number. Absolutely the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced and as a travel ball family they are more frequent than not.

I was here on a trip I didn't see any service people other than at the front dest. Everything was fine in the room until we looked at the beds and pulled the sheats down. There was a yellowish stain fading into the other side of the bed and there was also a black curly hair on the same bed. On the other bed there was first a piece of foam and there were little turd like pieces of an unknown substance. So that was how my stay was at Holiday inn Express.?
