After getting rooms at 2 different hotels on Victory Blvd & fleeing one & leaving another even though we had paid for 2 nights walking into this Holiday Inn was like a warm, safe, comfy hug. The staff was beyond accommodating & friendly, very clean hotel, clean & comfortable modern rooms, working elevator, quiet & away from other buildings & structures which makes it feel a lot less sketchy than places on Victory Blvd. I would stay here again & again without question.

We we're there four nights and it was a very comfortable stay. The facility was awesome and the price great. I could nit pick but had I mentioned anything to the staff it would have been corrected.

This was not our first choice in hotels. We had reservations at another hotel but cancelled due to issues. I called to see if the had a room. All the people... from person that booked room to front desk to breakfast staff were amazing and so friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!!

15/10 experience. All the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious. Overall esthetics made the hotel more enjoyable. Coffee was so good we bought some. We are going mattress shopping after this also because we slept so good. We found this place after a terrible experience with LaQuinta. Thank you, team for an amazing experience.

I tried two local hotels while I was in Columbus, GA. One a Hilton property and one a Marriott property. However, this hotel was far superior in service, quality of rooms, customer service, amenities, and their hot breakfast. I enjoyed my time so much, I came back the following week for my work trip. Very easily 10/5 stars. I highly recommend, and I will be back next time I’m in Columbus, GA.

It was a bit pricey for the area. But, the service was excellent, and the lobby and room were very clean and comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay.

We enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly, The rooms were nice. Breakfast was delicious, hats off to the chef ??? ?. We would definitely stay again.

Staff was alright but the rooms can stand to be cleaner. The breakfast needs help and the elevator has issues. On a positive note the bed wasn't hard as a brick bat. Expected a lot nicer for what it cost a night

I arrived at this hotel about 10 minutes after booking online. My family and I had been traveling, and this was a last-minute booking so we could get some rest. When we arrived around 1 PM, we were told there were no rooms available and check-in wouldn’t be until 4 PM. I explained that we needed a place to stay immediately and would need to cancel and find accommodations elsewhere. I specifically asked if I would be refunded and was told yes—a full refund would be issued. A week later, I noticed I had been charged and had not received a refund. I contacted the hotel and was told their General Manager was off-site, but I would receive a callback by the end of the day. That call never came. A week later, I followed up and had to call nearly eight times before someone finally answered around 11:30 AM. I was then told that, due to their policy, no refund would be issued. I requested to speak with a manager, and the agent placed me on an extremely long hold—it genuinely felt like I was being left on hold in hopes I would hang up.

The kindest people! Stayed there as my best friend was in Hopice. She passed yesterday and everyone of the staff was kind and gave me a hug. I needed to extend my stay, and they quickly made it happen. They had let me check in early as I was exhausted. They gave me a wonderful, easy access room. If I am ever in this area again, this is where I'll stay. Highly recommend.
