Josh is an amazing representative of the quality I expect from Hilton. We had a slight bump when we first checked in. Josh made the correction and remainder of our stay effortless. Highly recommend!!! Great service. Spotless rooms. Will absolutely return.

????? Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Great Service I had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton. The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. I especially appreciated the kitchenette and the overall layout—it truly felt like a home away from home. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Everything from the service to the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Ms. T, the manager, is extremely professional and truly a people person. She made sure everything ran smoothly and made guests feel welcomed and valued. The rest of the staff was also friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location, quiet, and convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and family travel and would gladly stay here again.

Unacceptable stay. Staff was consistently rude, dismissive, and visibly annoyed by basic guest requests. Hospitality was completely absent. Breakfast was dirty and poorly managed. Food was not replenished, the area was never cleaned between guests, and silverware was visibly dirty. The worst issue occurred at 5 a.m. before an early flight. Housekeeping removed our bath towels and failed to replace them. When I requested towels at the front desk, I was told none were available and was instead offered a floor mat. After questioning how a floor mat replaces a towel, I was spoken to condescendingly and given an explanation of how laundry works—rather than a solution. Only after pushing was a pool towel offered. Unfortunately, I witnessed several incidents of the staff being rude to several different customers. It was almost as if they were annoyed people were staying at this hotel, when that the whole point. The only thing this hotel has going for it is location. But location is not worth the horrible experience. A hotel that cannot provide clean towels, clean utensils, or basic courtesy should not be operating. Stay elsewhere.

I typically love Home2 Suites and rave about the brand often, which is why this stay was especially disappointing. My mom and I stayed here this past weekend, and the condition of the room was very subpar compared to the standard Home2 Suites usually provides. Upon opening the room door, we immediately noticed straw wrappers left on the counter, a hanger sitting near the TV, a sofa cushion flipped up, dusty nightstands, and visible shoe prints in the bathroom. The bathroom door would not close. We had to prop it shut with a shoe just to keep it closed. There were also no towels in the room, so we had to go to the front desk to retrieve them. There was hair left in the shower. Unfortunately, all of these things were not the worst issue. The worst was finding a roach in the bathroom. My mom asked, “Is this the hotel you’re always raving about?” It was definitely a bad first impression for her. I will not let one location ruin my opinion of the entire brand, but I will not be booking this Home2 Suites again. Cleanliness and attention to detail were clearly lacking during our stay.

We've stayed in many Home 2 Suites and love them but this one definitely missed the mark. No complimentary water, which is not a deal breaker but definitely an inconvenience when all others have had it. Walked into the room to all the cabinet doors and drawers wide open. The bathroom was really run down and just dirty. Sink stopper was a nasty clog. The shower had so much black mold where it had not been properly cleaned. Trash piled up in the entrance including poop bags because the pet station was also full. The elevator is terrible, take the stairs. There was no effort put into this place whatsoever, definitely lost our business in Columbus...DO BETTER.

I enjoyed my stay with clean rooms and hotel. Left behind two charging devices. When the staff went to check on it, it was no where to be found. They went to the lost and found, no luck. After looking for a while they found my $285 charger for my hearing aids. Then they were nice enough to pack it up with Fed Ex and sent it back to me, saving me a boatload of money! Can't say enough good things about the staff at Home 2! Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I just wanted to let everyone know about my fantastic stay at Home 2 Suites. All of the staff members were very friendly and they made me feel like I was at home. As soon as I walked in the front desk agent had greeted me and asked how I was doing. I will say the breakfast was lacking a little bit but it made up for, when they came and talked to me during breakfast making sure everything was good and they were talking to my baby and I really enjoyed that

The Customer Care was great between Shanaya at the front desk and another young gal with beautiful curls. They were above and beyond. The Breakfast lady was high energy and adorable on the Thursday and Friday mornings we were there. What was lacking was keeping our room stocked with coffee, toilet paper and towels. Because of the front desk help and sweet Breakfast lady, we would return but they need a better way of keeping track for the needs of the room.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times when I travel through for work. Always great service from check in to check out. Only complaint I have with this place is the pillows are terrible. Everytime I stay here, it’s the same type of pillow. Everything else is great. It’s clean, organized, service is good, parking is good.
