We had traveled from Texas to see our family member graduate from the army so we booked 4 rooms. The moment we got in the room we left immediately to buy our own personal cleaning supplies and while cleaning every one of our rooms we found black mold, blood found the pillows and sheets, bed bugs along the mattress, one of our rooms had a busted faucet, yellow stained sheets. We were laughed at by the staff members when we had asked for a room change. We will be contacting the BBB because we are getting the run around to get our refund back for the days we did not stay! We left and found something better!

Advertised and confirmed upon check-in having two queen beds… they were full sized beds. Hair and dust between the beds and bedside tables, including dried area where something was spilt. Kleenex holder was empty. The toilet rocked when you sat on it, rocking from the base. Dining area coffee was cool inside the coffee thermos. The continental breakfast OJ only came out as water. We let them know and the staff member opened and shook the OJ concentrate, but it did not fix anything. As two guests we were provided only one key card. The elevator floor corners need a good scrubbing, as dirt is collected there. Other than that, the mattress was comfy, sheets were clean to the naked eye. AC worked well. Forgot to add… the outside pool is completely green in color with items floating in it. Don’t plan on going swimming.

The hallways reeked of smoke, and people were barbecuing in the parking lot like it was a backyard, not a hotel. Front desk manager tried to squeeze an extra $50 for a late checkout while blatantly ignoring a previously agreed-upon noon checkout. The lack of basic standards, accountability, and professionalism was unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place.

every single staff member has been amazing & very accommodating during my stay. Even prior I called the location 3/4 times, inquiring about the property they were understanding & friendly . Very clean rooms , personal wifi, with light breakfast included . ALSO I got this room for a low & VERY NICE PRICE ! ( deposits can be card or cash ) . Pictures are from a video I took. Wow, what a value! This hotel should not be a2 start hotel, that's absolutely an unfair rating of this place. I work in maintenance for a privately owned Inn, so I'm usually very critical of places I stay. Top to bottom, inside and out, this place is spotless. Staff is super friendly and personable. Our room was clean and cozy with nothing out of place, not even a paint chip missing. Minor details that get missed in many places I stay, were not overlooked here. Even the faucet and shower knobs looked clean without stains. Absolutely impressed at how immaculate everything looked for the price they're charging. I will not stay anywhere else in Columbus, and really, you shouldn't either. In this price range in Columbus, I haven't found anything nicer!

Excellent stay, staff very friendly, rooms are nice and clean, lobby smelled very pleasant. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone passing by.

I paid $100 for the room, $50 for early check-in, and a $100 deposit — $250 total. After checkout, the hotel kept my deposit claiming “damage” to linens. Management initially promised a $50 refund within 7–10 days, but never issued it and stopped responding to my emails. I ultimately had to file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau to get any resolution. Only after BBB involvement did the hotel agree to refund $65. While I accepted this to close the matter, it was far less than the full amount taken and required unnecessary escalation. The room itself was in poor condition with worn and damaged furniture, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again.

Nice hotel but the pillows are terrible and they do not have an exercise/fitness type room. They charge more than the other choice hotels in the area that do have a small gym to work out in. The furniture in the rooms are old and all scraped up. They should replace all of it if they are going to charge a premium price for the rooms.

I really did enjoy my stay there. Was very clean, breakfast was great, and staff was very friendly and respectful, especially the Houseman named Antonio he was very helpful.

Facility has roaches and the lady at the front desk is rude. There was pubic hairs in the shower and no hot water. that’s maybe why I only saw 3 cars in the lot when I pulled in. I should have looked at the reviews
