Excellent stay, staff very friendly, rooms are nice and clean, lobby smelled very pleasant. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone passing by.

I paid $100 for the room, $50 for early check-in, and a $100 deposit — $250 total. After checkout, the hotel kept my deposit claiming “damage” to linens. Management initially promised a $50 refund within 7–10 days, but never issued it and stopped responding to my emails. I ultimately had to file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau to get any resolution. Only after BBB involvement did the hotel agree to refund $65. While I accepted this to close the matter, it was far less than the full amount taken and required unnecessary escalation. The room itself was in poor condition with worn and damaged furniture, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again.

Nice hotel but the pillows are terrible and they do not have an exercise/fitness type room. They charge more than the other choice hotels in the area that do have a small gym to work out in. The furniture in the rooms are old and all scraped up. They should replace all of it if they are going to charge a premium price for the rooms.

I really did enjoy my stay there. Was very clean, breakfast was great, and staff was very friendly and respectful, especially the Houseman named Antonio he was very helpful.

Facility has roaches and the lady at the front desk is rude. There was pubic hairs in the shower and no hot water. that’s maybe why I only saw 3 cars in the lot when I pulled in. I should have looked at the reviews

I had a red eye flight from Atlanta and needed to check in early. I was charged an additional $50 for early check in despite the hotel was empty. This hotel is run down. The furniture is worn and horribly patched. There was no conditioner and I was told there was NO HOUSEKEEPING??!!! To refill it. That was concerning. Would not return for the $150 dollars a night. Book somewhere else. You are wasting your money

Rooms are clean and nice Elevator not working ice machine not working and no vending machines no store....bad parking lot if your in an rv or pulling a trailer

Rooms need alot of updating. My smoke detector was covered with a bag when I checked in and the beds are old and cheap. Bathroom is so little, I couldn't even put my arms up in the bathroom. And being charged a ridiculous amount for this hotel, after a worker told me one price; then to get charged something else, I wasn't happy at all. Best thing about this hotel is location and that would be it.

Where do I begin .. I have stayed at several choice inn hotels and I was sadly disappointed by the issues here. The room smelled smokey when told about it that was the only room available and it was told that it is a non smoking room. The shower had mold the towels where thin and old they can be used for rags. The ice machine don’t work on any floor of the hotel and the staff was very rude she was told several times that customers where at the front desk . I would not recommend this hotel . They offer free breakfast but once they make the breakfast if you don’t get anything they offered eggs and sausage and once it was gone they don’t make more to last till 9 coffee was lukewarm I was very disappointed I had to go eat breakfast somewhere else.
