Really great atmosphere... quiet, exactly what we needed, not too fancy, beds were very soft im out as soon as i hit the bed. 15 mins to fort Benning. Simple breakfast was awesome, and the staff was very nice. Would stay here again. Loved it!

I was thoroughly surprised and impressed with the hotel. Perfect location from where I needed to be and the price was amazing! I do wish they had a bigger sign so I knew where to turn into the parking lot but that was the only 'complaint' I had. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. This will be my hotel whenever I come to Columbus...which will be more often for 2026.

This was a very bad experience for me and my family. Booking the room was a breeze. However, when we arrived and opened the door, my daughter and i was not very pleased with the room. Things were very nasty the sheets wasn't changed stains on the covers the bathroom wasn't touch. There appeared to be a blood stain on the ceiling. Very uncomfortable feeling. Then next day we hauled ass getting out that place. The area appeared to be not safe. I was sold on the pictures and they are very deceiving. After all that I'm fighting trying to get my money back. They charged me for both nights when i only stayed one. Then there is another charge on my card for the one night but no pending refund. Trying to find Corporate office number to reach out no luck as of yet. I will not give up until I'm satisfied that my money is back on my card. I highly do not recommend this place!

First of all I want to thank Dipa, the hostess and also the manager, they were very kind and attentive. The rest of the staff were very kind too. The room was clean and neat. The bed was super comfortable and last but not least, JJ the cook went out of her way to make sure I was taken care off. All and all great experience and got out more than what I paid for. THANK YOU ALL!

Yairyliz was amazing she help with our stay she was so sweet and kind very understanding. Also Mrs Carmen she was on point with our room it was super clean beds looked perfect she may sure we had fresh towels an bed sheets.

Went to this hotel at midnight, after leaving another hotel because I felt unsafe. The night manager was incredible. They were pretty full, but she made sure to put me in a room and make sure that I felt safe. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Didn’t stay long enough for breakfast but will definitely stay here again when I am in the area. To the manager, that you for making a solo female travel feel safe and heard. It makes more of an impact than you may know.

Hotel and room was very clean and seems safe in a depressed looking area south of Columbus. Sits off the road in a area of trees and pool looked nice. Very disappointed to find out in the morning that breakfast ENDS at 9. Coffee urns empty. Obviously a way to cut costs at the expense of customer needs.

The lady at check in was so sweet. But the room was not clean. The vent in the bathroom was gross and dusty. The door around the knob in the bathroom was black and grimey. The shower curtain had black spots of mildew and the floor was sticky. And I’m pretty sure that was poop smeared on the wall under the toilet paper roll. The tv was smudged and filmy. And a big greasy hand print in the paint on the wall behind the toilet. And the elevator floor was sticky and looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks.

Worst hotel experience ever. There was no water at all the first day, no hot water for the entirety of our stay in late Feb 2025, no coffee in the morning, aside from one young woman at the front desk the staff was rude and lazy. We had to switch rooms due to doors not closing, lights flickering like a strobe lite and dirt. It may be convenient to visit the Army base base but don't bother.

Everything was less than desirable. The shower drain was plugged and drained super slow. Asked the front desk to get it fixed, was told it was a result of the cleaning crew neglecting their duties. They promised to get it fixed - it was not fixed and it was apparent that no effort was made to fix it. The water was luke-warm (was told this was a known problem). The towels were tattered and stained. The tv options were limited to basic channels only. If Direct TV options were selected, it had continuous errors and was impossible to watch. The breakfast experience was terrible due to the angry woman in charge. She was as rude as I've ever seen. The entire experience was sub-par. I will never stay at this hotel again.
