There was pubic hair everywhere. Absolutely unacceptable and just gross. Pubic hair on the toilet seat, on the floor, in the bathtub, in the sheets, on top of the blankets. The bed felt greasy, the room was humid and just felt nasty. The AC unit was also growing literal chunks of mold on it. It genuinely looks like it has never been cleaned out. The staff are extremely lazy and obviously do not care about the general cleanliness. Extremely thin walls as well. Definitely will not be staying here anymore at this absolutely disgusting hotel, would not recommend at all.

room was infested w little roaches. dirtiest room i’ve ever been in. would not recommend. the bathroom was not clean in the slightest w stains on the toilet and tub. the kitchen was also disgusting it looked like the last people to use it weren’t cleaned up after. also the floor was all sticky. i found over 20 roaches crawling around. very unsettling.

Cody was amazing and did an excellent and incredible job and was very very helpful and always had an amazing attitude and handled having many people needing things at once very well by far the best staff there and he always made conversation and asked if we needed anything often. And the staff for breakfast was soooo nice I loved the nice lady with the good hair and she always had an amazing attitude and always said hello and made conversation. 10/10 recommendation.

The hotel was very lovely and quiet. Exceptional hospitality and cleanliness. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful! We specifically enjoy when Briana is working! She makes check in a breeze and overall very welcoming and friendly. Will most definitely be staying again ??

Really great atmosphere... quiet, exactly what we needed, not too fancy, beds were very soft im out as soon as i hit the bed. 15 mins to fort Benning. Simple breakfast was awesome, and the staff was very nice. Would stay here again. Loved it!

I was thoroughly surprised and impressed with the hotel. Perfect location from where I needed to be and the price was amazing! I do wish they had a bigger sign so I knew where to turn into the parking lot but that was the only 'complaint' I had. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. This will be my hotel whenever I come to Columbus...which will be more often for 2026.

This was a very bad experience for me and my family. Booking the room was a breeze. However, when we arrived and opened the door, my daughter and i was not very pleased with the room. Things were very nasty the sheets wasn't changed stains on the covers the bathroom wasn't touch. There appeared to be a blood stain on the ceiling. Very uncomfortable feeling. Then next day we hauled ass getting out that place. The area appeared to be not safe. I was sold on the pictures and they are very deceiving. After all that I'm fighting trying to get my money back. They charged me for both nights when i only stayed one. Then there is another charge on my card for the one night but no pending refund. Trying to find Corporate office number to reach out no luck as of yet. I will not give up until I'm satisfied that my money is back on my card. I highly do not recommend this place!

First of all I want to thank Dipa, the hostess and also the manager, they were very kind and attentive. The rest of the staff were very kind too. The room was clean and neat. The bed was super comfortable and last but not least, JJ the cook went out of her way to make sure I was taken care off. All and all great experience and got out more than what I paid for. THANK YOU ALL!

Yairyliz was amazing she help with our stay she was so sweet and kind very understanding. Also Mrs Carmen she was on point with our room it was super clean beds looked perfect she may sure we had fresh towels an bed sheets.

Went to this hotel at midnight, after leaving another hotel because I felt unsafe. The night manager was incredible. They were pretty full, but she made sure to put me in a room and make sure that I felt safe. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Didn’t stay long enough for breakfast but will definitely stay here again when I am in the area. To the manager, that you for making a solo female travel feel safe and heard. It makes more of an impact than you may know.
