I booked this hotel in a hurry for our Grandson Army graduation. We had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and every part of our experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

Drove 12 hours straight exhausted and ready to rest up. Checked in and went to our room. Walked in and didn’t smell clean at all. Bathroom had not been cleaned; filthy tub, pubic hair everywhere floor and shower. Turned down the bed and pubic hair and long hair in the. Bed like sheets were NEVER CHANGED on either bed!!Sheets had piss stain on then. Toilet handle broken. Went down stairs to talk to guy at front desk,should have gotten his name but was so tired. Didn’t seem to care, no apologies and didn’t even sound suprised at all like this was the norm. Gave us a different room. Changed rooms only to find same experience minutes the broken toilet and stained sheets. To exhausted and important things happening so we just stayed as didn’t have time to relocate different hotels. Confused by all the positive reviews cause this was not the case. ALSO… never had a hotel charge card BEFORE the stay. Upon arriving asked for it to be placed on another card and was told card was already charged but could refund and charge new card …..Have yet to get the refund after being told it would take a day …..now going on 3 days!!!!!!! Will be disputing this charge as there is no way this stay was worth the one charge but def not getting double out of me for a nasty room!!!! And let’s not even talk about the room across from us that’s been wide opened and I cleaned for 2 days now. Trash on floor and counters food everywhere. This is what I walk out too SMH lol - to think I would stay again is pretty comical being as the room was filthy and obviously never changed over and cleaned from prior guest. And your management didn’t seem to care at all like it was a normal day for them.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! We asked to move rooms after hearing a dog next door and we were quickly serviced and moved to a new room! The rooms are extremely clean and well put together. I felt at home. 10/10 experience!

My family and I stayed at stayAPT Suites Columbus-Fort Benning for three nights while attending my son's college graduation, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Thomas, the Assistant General Manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He personally ensured that our rooms were cleaned, prepared, and ready for our arrival, which was greatly appreciated during such a busy and important weekend for our family. What I enjoyed most about this property is its home-like atmosphere. Unlike a traditional hotel, the suites feel more like a studio apartment, providing plenty of space and comfort to relax and unwind. The layout made our stay much more enjoyable and convenient, especially during a multi-day visit. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff's attention to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. Thomas's professionalism and dedication made a lasting impression on us. I highly recommend stayAPT Suites Columbus-Fort Benning to anyone visiting the Columbus area and would gladly stay here again in the future. We were very pleased with the management and staff at StayAPT in Columbus, Georgia. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also had the opportunity to speak with the General Manager, who was very friendly and took the time to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The outstanding customer service from the entire team made a lasting impression on us. Whenever we are in Columbus, this will be our home away from home.

My wife booked this room for me and I had to tell her good job. On an extended stay and didn't have any complaints. Good location near many things. Rooms are nice and spacious. There is a living room with a full kitchen with a full fridge and dishwasher. Staff was friendly and helpful if I needed anything. It feels more like an apartment complex than a hotel. If you are in Columbus for an extended stay or just a weekend I recommend staying here. It's not too expensive either, I have stayed at more expensive places that weren't at the quality of here. You get more than what you are paying.

Nice room! I loved how the beds were in separate room from everything else. Living area and kitchen made it actually comfortable and gave home vibes than a standard room at other hotels. Def recommend if staying long term! The full kitchen would make the stay so much easier! Big bathroom, great water pressure, comfy beds and the ac worked amazing! Only things I didn't like were you can't make a reservation, said they stay at max capacity so they have to wait until someone checks out to know what will be available. I thought that was the whole purpose when booking room is to rent it for a stated period of time and that would tell them what's available and when. Other than it be too unorganized with that everything else was good for the one night we stayed

Theres a few things I dont understand about this hotel. Why is everyone so dang helpful! (Thats sarcasm for those who didnt figure it out.) I travel for business quite often and this has become my go-to hotel in coumbus. Due to an extreme work schedule, Im very particular with whereni choose to stay. Most hotels do a surface clean but dont really get into the crack and crevices of the rooms. Thomas the assistant manager explained their cleaning regime, and I literally tried to find dust in areas like the top of the refridgerator and the cabinets. Nope. Nothing. 2 points for them. Eric the general manager has made several exceptions for me making last minute reservations, and has even made exeptions with allowing me to keep the same room for several weeks at a time. Twice I’ve checked out for the week on a friday and received a phone call on saturday asking if I’ll need a reservation for the following week. Absolutely amazing customer service. The General manager and assistant manager run the property like a well oiled machine. Its hard to find this level of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer service in the hospitality industry nowadays. Kudos guys for setting a standard in this area of Columbus.

Wow!! What an amazing stay! This place was perfect for us. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and it provided everything we needed for our short stay. Even though we did not meet the staff because we drove 4 hours to get there late at night, we loved everything about it and felt touched by the thoughtful welcome gift for our anniversary. We hope to visit and stay here again!

The general manager Eric and the entire staff has been exceptional since the first day I checked in. From warm greetings everyday to promptly addressing any concerns or issues that came up. (The air conditioning went out and the staff quickly found another room for me.) The facilities are clean and well keep and the center area with the available grill and fire pit makes it feel more like home than hotel.
