We were very pleased with the management and staff at StayAPT in Columbus, Georgia. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Thomas, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We also had the opportunity to speak with the General Manager, who was very friendly and took the time to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The outstanding customer service from the entire team made a lasting impression on us. Whenever we are in Columbus, this will be our home away from home.

My wife booked this room for me and I had to tell her good job. On an extended stay and didn't have any complaints. Good location near many things. Rooms are nice and spacious. There is a living room with a full kitchen with a full fridge and dishwasher. Staff was friendly and helpful if I needed anything. It feels more like an apartment complex than a hotel. If you are in Columbus for an extended stay or just a weekend I recommend staying here. It's not too expensive either, I have stayed at more expensive places that weren't at the quality of here. You get more than what you are paying.

Nice room! I loved how the beds were in separate room from everything else. Living area and kitchen made it actually comfortable and gave home vibes than a standard room at other hotels. Def recommend if staying long term! The full kitchen would make the stay so much easier! Big bathroom, great water pressure, comfy beds and the ac worked amazing! Only things I didn't like were you can't make a reservation, said they stay at max capacity so they have to wait until someone checks out to know what will be available. I thought that was the whole purpose when booking room is to rent it for a stated period of time and that would tell them what's available and when. Other than it be too unorganized with that everything else was good for the one night we stayed

Theres a few things I dont understand about this hotel. Why is everyone so dang helpful! (Thats sarcasm for those who didnt figure it out.) I travel for business quite often and this has become my go-to hotel in coumbus. Due to an extreme work schedule, Im very particular with whereni choose to stay. Most hotels do a surface clean but dont really get into the crack and crevices of the rooms. Thomas the assistant manager explained their cleaning regime, and I literally tried to find dust in areas like the top of the refridgerator and the cabinets. Nope. Nothing. 2 points for them. Eric the general manager has made several exceptions for me making last minute reservations, and has even made exeptions with allowing me to keep the same room for several weeks at a time. Twice I’ve checked out for the week on a friday and received a phone call on saturday asking if I’ll need a reservation for the following week. Absolutely amazing customer service. The General manager and assistant manager run the property like a well oiled machine. Its hard to find this level of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer service in the hospitality industry nowadays. Kudos guys for setting a standard in this area of Columbus.

Wow!! What an amazing stay! This place was perfect for us. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and it provided everything we needed for our short stay. Even though we did not meet the staff because we drove 4 hours to get there late at night, we loved everything about it and felt touched by the thoughtful welcome gift for our anniversary. We hope to visit and stay here again!

The general manager Eric and the entire staff has been exceptional since the first day I checked in. From warm greetings everyday to promptly addressing any concerns or issues that came up. (The air conditioning went out and the staff quickly found another room for me.) The facilities are clean and well keep and the center area with the available grill and fire pit makes it feel more like home than hotel.

We tried a number of different Airbnb places around Columbus, and this was by far the best place we stayed. The rooms were clean. They had all the kitchen items we needed to be able to do the cooking we wanted to do. The space was safe and comfortable. It had all the amenities: the washer and dryer, workout room, vending machine on site, and the staff was very friendly. If we had family coming into town or if we ever had anyone come to visit us in Columbus, this is the place we would recommend.

Eric and his staff was AMAZING. We stayed here for over a month and we’ve never had an issue and for being an independent hotel company…their hospitality and service was more than equivalent to Marriott or Hilton. The staff was amazing and friendly. Very close to everything and secure and safe. The rooms are very clean and the amenities were great. I would suggest this location over any for the price you are paying.

This is by far of of the best places I've stayed in a very long time. The staff is amazing! Christina is a breath of fresh air. Her customer service is great! I was here for a week for work and the location was perfect. The room was also great! When I come back to Columbus I'll be staying here. I'll also be recommending it to others!

My stay was amazing from start to finish. The staff accommodated me with everything I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The rooms were always spotless, and the landscaping was beautifully maintained. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and respectful. Eric, the GM was especially welcoming and always so friendly every time I saw him. He truly added to the positive experience. Highly recommend staying here!
