Dre and Amy were amazing! The staff is very friendly and made us feel welcomed and safe.I had to stay at this location for a while due to my circumstances ,and they truly went got their way to make sure my children and I were as comfortable as possible... The nightly rates are unbelievable, the location is nice and over all my experience was wonderful. If I ever needed a place to go for any reason, I would definitely come back here. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything you guys did for us!

I had some family in town and they chose to stay here. We had the most pleasant experience. The front desk check-in LaQuisha was extremely helpful and accommodating dealing with my family needs. She made dealing with an already difficult situation and time so much easier. She was polite and extreme pleasure to work with. Our room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

I was in town for 4 days !! In room 219 for my son turning blue!! I also found my room not clean as it should be!!!! There are baby and adult roaches!!! Which represents a problem!!! My son was in room 213 and also has roaches in his room!!! This is disgusting and if I brought any home I will be charging hotel for any fees I may incur!!!! How can you cook in an area that’s unclean and or has bacteria infested roaches crawling on everything!!! I was going to drink my coffee and a roach was on my lid !!!!! Disappointed in my booking and I paid good money for false advertising!!! There wasn’t even a coffee maker in the room!!! And I ran out of TP!!! There is blood possibly from shaving in my restroom on the counter and floor splatters which is definitely a bio hazard!!!! One of many I couldn’t upload a video

I booked this hotel in advance specifically to attend my son’s graduation, after driving 11 hours to get there. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable from the moment we entered the room. The room had a strong, overwhelming odor that appeared to be an attempt to mask something with bleach or harsh chemicals, which only made it worse. Even more concerning, there were roaches present throughout the room. The conditions were so unsanitary that we did not sit down, unpack, or stay even briefly. We immediately left the room. When I notified the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms available. Despite the obvious cleanliness and health concerns, I was informed that they would not issue a refund due to their “strict refund policy.” I escalated the issue and spoke with multiple staff members and management, yet received nothing more than the same generic policy response—not even a single apology for the situation. Because of this, after an exhausting 11-hour drive and arriving late, I was forced to search for another hotel last minute and pay for three additional nights elsewhere, on top of the money already paid here for a room that was completely unusable. It is now clear why this property relies so heavily on a “strict refund policy”—once guests actually see the room, I can’t imagine anyone willingly staying under those conditions. Cleanliness and basic customer care appear to be severely lacking. The manager and ownership should be ashamed to operate this way and to treat paying guests with such disregard. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this hotel read the reviews carefully and look elsewhere.

So me and my husband had a horrible time here. The GM is literally stealing from the guest he threatened to jump on me and my husband with him and his staff not only that I had to call the police three times up there The police even realize that he was stealing and told us to call our circuit clerk and issue a warrant out for his arrest. We have legitimate proof that he stole from us. And then when he knew that he was caught it was funny because he lied to the cop and then he lied to me. He claimed I didn't pay for the January the 12th which I had a receipt right there he told the cop that I didn't pay for the 13th but I had a receipt right there. He also opened up a reservation of 44 night reservation this is how he was padding numbers making us double pay for the room also we never use cash but there's cash corrections all over our portfolio which we had to have the police get it's a great hotel and a great location The problem is the reason why it's never full is because the GM is stealing and I promise you many people has had this issue with him. And it's sad that you can't even get anybody to help you corporate no one so when he knew he was caught he actually lied to us I have him on video lieing dead at the area manager in corporate called him but he claims that he never had a corporate office but this is how much of a liar this man is he will do anything to make sure he doesn't get caught I feel sorry for the owner because that hotel could be great without him.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It started with constant water noise — water was continuously running from the faucets, and the toilet was doing the same. If you forget to close the bathroom door, the noise is loud enough to wake you up at night. We booked a room with a kitchen, but there was absolutely nothing in it to actually cook any food. In hindsight, that might even be for the best, because today I saw cockroaches in our room — both dead and alive. Of course, no refund was offered for these unsanitary conditions. The staff member simply repeated a rehearsed line saying that this “can happen in any hotel, even a five-star one,” which is completely unacceptable. In my entire life, this was the first time I have ever seen a cockroach — and I travel frequently. My complaint is specifically directed at the hotel owners. Basic maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation are clearly being neglected. I would strongly advise against staying here.

These people charged my card 3 time claiming i had outstanding balances, so not true. Halls smelled like weed covered up by some pine smelling spray. The weed smell leaked into my room. Bathroom sink stayed leaking for my entire stay. They sent me a email asking for my rating, I was honest about my experience and received a very lengthy email from the manager, Dequindre Dix. No accountability was taking on their and he flat out lied. The only good thing about this experience was Laquisha (I think that's how you spell her name) she tried her best during my stay

Where to start. Absolutely NO. I've never seen so MANY BUGS. I came back late after quick drop having a few drinks n dinner was met with bugs crawling up shower walls, in MY BED crawling on my legs. Missing light bulbs, a paint job done by a literal 5 year old. Its cheap and NON REFUNDABLE on purpose. Its nasty. Manager told me they only refund emergencies and asked to move me to another room. Really.. really. No care or a single brain cell in that mangers head. I asked to a simple refund n ill just leave. Expedia couldn't even get them and shouldn't be on Any 3rd party. Grab a sleeping bag and sleep outside would of been better. Take a look at the TUB. gross

Better places for a little more. I promise it worth it! Our first night we took our dog out around 11pm where we met 8 yes 8 police officers! All they would say was that they were looking for someone. The room next door has their TV on so loud we could understand the show they were watching. They also slept with that TV on all night. It did get turned down but then their coughing started! A call to the desk did no good. No one was working! There are a few more incidents l could mention but just take my word. Unless you are desperate don't stay here.
