As cheap as these rooms are, I expected a horrible stay. But... I was pleasantly surprised at how clean they were. Recently remodeled perhaps. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was better than I expected for such a low price. Walking distance to the downtown food and bar district. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here November 16 - 18 so we could easily bike from downtown to the Chattahoochee Riverwalk, a 22-mile path along the river. Being a motel made unloading our bikes and gear super convenient. The property is older, but it’s a great value — our room was very clean, quiet, bug-free, and had a very comfortable king bed. Staff were friendly and attentive. We skipped the free breakfast since Ruth Ann’s was just a short walk away. We parked the car when we arrived and walked everywhere. Perfect location for exploring the area.

I would say staying here was bearable, but if I can avoid it, I wouldn’t return. It’s definitely time for an upgrade in the rooms. When I first walked in, my initial impression was that it wasn’t dirty, but it could definitely be cleaner. The worst part, and what I consider to be the most important, is the bathroom. The white tub was yellow, maybe they’re using the wrong detergent for this kind of surface. Plus, when you used hot water, the tub became sticky, which was really unpleasant. If you stay here, definitely wear sandals in the shower. The overall feel of the room was quite gloomy, and the information cards left in the room seemed outdated, like they hadn’t been replaced in years. Even the tip envelope looked like it had been used multiple times, which gave everything a cheap vibe. The toiletries were minimal and very small. As for the supposed "continental breakfast," it was a huge letdown. The presentation of the food was unappetizing, with very few options, and nothing looked fresh. If you’re booking this place thinking breakfast is included to save time and money like we did, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. We ended up having to go to nearby coffee shops for breakfast because nothing served here was appealing. The staff were to the point, which is fine, but a little joy and warmth wouldn’t hurt. It would’ve made a big difference in the overall experience. On the positive side, the location is great. It's close to downtown, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, while the location is convenient, the lack of cleanliness, poor bathroom conditions, and disappointing breakfast make it hard to recommend this place. If you’re looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay, there are definitely better options in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in making my stay exceptional. The rooms were clean and breakfast was awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely 5 star experience at sure stay by best Western. The rooms were clean and quite, the staff was very nice, respectful, and helpful with any and all questions, comments, or concerns. Whenever I come back to Columbus, Georgia I'll definitely be staying here at the Sure Stay again. If recommend this to any and everyone, it's a once in a lifetime experience.

Me and my friend was so tiered from the days drive and we needed a place to stay. Every thing was booked up around luckily we thought we found the place. Unfortunately it was gross and disgusting we stayed in the room for three hours and we couldn’t take it. It stunk the sheets looked so dingy bathroom was gross and grimy looking. The last straw was when I opened that mini fridge a roach came out. I louded up the pathfinder and had to drive hour away to the out skirts of Atlanta to find a room for the night. I told the front desk why we are leaving and the did not offer a refund.

We had the handicapped room which was small but adequate. Shower was great! Bed comfortable. Air conditioner was not very good...the compressor wouldn't run very long. It took 6 hrs to cool down the room.

Great customer service,clean room,delicious coffee.what I love the most is the location!! 4 minutes from Columbus Civic Center and from river walk!

Mr Desai gave us excellent customer service. He checked us in with ease, he was well knowledgeable about the surrounding area. He even gave us suggestions on where to eat, stroll, visit and have a great time. Room was clean, location was convenient and breakfast was simple but can’t complain. The price was reasonable and parking was free.
