Absolutely terrible, my wife was here ALONE and people were creeping on her whenever she was outside and she was to afraid to even leave her room leaving her to starve herself. The place reeked of cigarettes and had cockroaches and the floors were dirty. The place in unsafe and very sketchy. No security and a absolute scam. Please stay far away from this hotel it is dangerous.

I've been living here for 8 months they keep up with the place it's a modern hotel laundromat downstairs if you ask that for something they will do their best as long as in daytime hours. Also really want to put this in my review victory drive is a bad location normally for hotels lot of activities that you don't want to be around but this hotel they keep up with the clientele and they try to keep the riff Raff out of here and they are doing a very good job at that my safety and feeling secure was my primary thing on top of finances this is efficiency hotel with stove and refrigerator and microwave and sink and bathroom and bed and stuff at the lowest price in the area with the same decent upscale amenities I would suggest this hotel to anyone.

Don't stay at this hotel; it's disgusting. The customer service is terrible, and the hotel smells awful and is infested with cockroaches. The room was dirty, the bed was dirty, and the shower didn't have hot water. It was a terrible decision to choose this hotel. VERY DANGEROUS AREA.

My fiancé was working out of town and needed a nearby place to stay. We found this motel online for $90, thinking it would be decent. Unfortunately, it was absolutely awful. When he arrived, the front desk tried to check him into a room on the old side that no one apparently stays in. It reeked and had visible mold. In the second room, the air conditioner had leaked all over the carpet, leaving it soaked—and yes, mold again. He refused the third room after someone approached him in the hallway offering to sell drugs. We quickly realized this is a very unsafe area. We contacted Hotels.com and were able to get a full refund, and they are reporting this motel to the Better Business Bureau because it is completely uninhabitable. The front desk staff also had a terrible attitude, which is honestly not surprising given the state of the property. I wouldn’t even let my dogs stay here. I would avoid this motel at all costs. Only consider it if you absolutely have no other options—but even then, I’d rather sleep in my vehicle. Beware

Don't go, if you really need to save money I got it but don't go if you can help it. The room was dirty, bed mattress, smelt like urine, and 20 years of smoke, and it was a newer one from the look of the model, stove had bugs and dirt on it. The bathroom, I've felt more comfortable in a porta potty at a county fair. The individual at the service desk was great. The guy was super helpful with the issues and understanding as soon as I came down he knew I wasn't staying gave me a refund and off I was all in all I wouldn't recommend to anyone and dude at the desk I'm sorry I get it, it's a job keep grinding brother

The building stinks and smelled like cigarettes. The room wasn’t what I asked for so he switched me to a new one thinking it was better but that one had roaches EVERYWHERE!! Do not recommend staying here.

Celestine was very helpful! Laundry was great and clean. Many long term guests and they were all friendly. My room was great, very clean and I love the kitchens! NO issues a great place to stay weather it's just a few days or long term! 10 out 10 highly recommended, this is the best extended stay I have ever stayed in. My kids love it here. The staff and Manager is very loving and welcoming.

I've seen crack houses in better condition than this hotel. I would only stay here if you're a connoisseur for garbage. Beds were a mess. Floors are sticky. Walls are so disgusting. Furniture is damaged. Internet doesn't work (wouldn't even log on it if it did). The odor stank like an ashtray, a public bathroom, and pure, unadulterated body odor. Better off sleeping in your truck than even going into this disaster. I feel sorry for the military personnel forced to stay here while the government figures out their housing.

Hiring new management!!! Unless you're on the run and need a safe house, or if you want nightmares (without having to sleep) DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE! As soon as we pulled in we could tell it wasn't exactly the prettiest, but no judgement. We get inside and the night attendant spoke with us and asked if we wanted to check our room before we stayed in it... which was odd. ? We get in the room, and decide it doesnt look that bad... at first. Well we get settled in and next thing you know, our door gets opened and we all freak out. She tried coming into our room and said we hadnt paid for it yet... even though the card was charged... ? After that was all settled was when we started noticing the problems. Pink mold on the ceilings and walls in the bathroom. Old crumbs and food left all across the room. Various stains and questionable marks on the walls and the floors. There were even bugs crawling on quite literally everything. ? The smell hit you harder than an abusive stepfather, absolutely neglecting you and your sense of smell. If this place wasn't cultish and sinister as is, then the fragrance of the devils lettuce made sure you knew. The "subtle hint" of cigarette smoke (which was embedded into every piece of furniture) reminds you of "the good ole days" or at least an old person's house if you're as young as me. Then there was another stench, almost like B.O. and malnutrition... so yes sleeping was definitely sickening. As for service goes, there werent any. No breakfast, no complimentary services, and even the wifi was at an expense if you went over 2 devices. So to sum up our experience, we left sick, itchy, and tired. This hotel seems poorly managed and is even more poorly taken care of. ? As for my family, they believe it should be "Burnt to the ground and completely rebuilt" ?
