Guests report infestations of roaches, mold, visible dirt, and unsanitary conditions. The property is described as unsafe and unsettling, with concerns about potential criminal activity and a generally dilapidated state.
Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Smell of urine, blood in rooms, toenails in bathroom, roaches etc….. Attendant downstairs said there was nothing he could do, was last room he had and no one on site to clean it…….basic got duped into paying for unsafe, unsanitary room
I appreciated that we could look at the room before deciding if we wanted to stay. The first room we skipped on first room cause the fridge and stove was rusted. It just didn't feel right... Appliances for the second room looked better but the bed rocked. I told the clerk about it at check-in. This is a pet friendly hotel. We heard a dog barking when looking at the rooms. I asked if there's a floor that they don't have pets on, he said "it's a pet friendly hotel". I feel pets should be designated to certain areas. My huest asked if they had a room on the upper levels and we were told "No". They do have roaches, seen two in the room. We stayed 2 nights.
The room was completely disgusting. There was poop on the walls in the bathroom. Dead bugs everywhere, the floor was so dirty that when you walked around barefoot, you have black stuff on your feet. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the sheets had burn holes in them. The worst part is the room smelled like cat piss.
Absolutely terrible, my wife was here ALONE and people were creeping on her whenever she was outside and she was to afraid to even leave her room leaving her to starve herself. The place reeked of cigarettes and had cockroaches and the floors were dirty. The place in unsafe and very sketchy. No security and a absolute scam. Please stay far away from this hotel it is dangerous.
I've been living here for 8 months they keep up with the place it's a modern hotel laundromat downstairs if you ask that for something they will do their best as long as in daytime hours. Also really want to put this in my review victory drive is a bad location normally for hotels lot of activities that you don't want to be around but this hotel they keep up with the clientele and they try to keep the riff Raff out of here and they are doing a very good job at that my safety and feeling secure was my primary thing on top of finances this is efficiency hotel with stove and refrigerator and microwave and sink and bathroom and bed and stuff at the lowest price in the area with the same decent upscale amenities I would suggest this hotel to anyone.
Don't stay at this hotel; it's disgusting. The customer service is terrible, and the hotel smells awful and is infested with cockroaches. The room was dirty, the bed was dirty, and the shower didn't have hot water. It was a terrible decision to choose this hotel. VERY DANGEROUS AREA.
My fiancé was working out of town and needed a nearby place to stay. We found this motel online for $90, thinking it would be decent. Unfortunately, it was absolutely awful. When he arrived, the front desk tried to check him into a room on the old side that no one apparently stays in. It reeked and had visible mold. In the second room, the air conditioner had leaked all over the carpet, leaving it soaked—and yes, mold again. He refused the third room after someone approached him in the hallway offering to sell drugs. We quickly realized this is a very unsafe area. We contacted Hotels.com and were able to get a full refund, and they are reporting this motel to the Better Business Bureau because it is completely uninhabitable. The front desk staff also had a terrible attitude, which is honestly not surprising given the state of the property. I wouldn’t even let my dogs stay here. I would avoid this motel at all costs. Only consider it if you absolutely have no other options—but even then, I’d rather sleep in my vehicle. Beware
the place is nasty!!!! smells so bad in the whole place, room was dirty. floors dirty havent been vacumed in awhile beds didnt smell the best. it was just a mess this needs to be fixed because this is so not sanitary and will not be comeing back if you can avoid this place not worth your money and it shows they dont care with how old these reviews are and its still the same what a shame..
Don't go, if you really need to save money I got it but don't go if you can help it. The room was dirty, bed mattress, smelt like urine, and 20 years of smoke, and it was a newer one from the look of the model, stove had bugs and dirt on it. The bathroom, I've felt more comfortable in a porta potty at a county fair. The individual at the service desk was great. The guy was super helpful with the issues and understanding as soon as I came down he knew I wasn't staying gave me a refund and off I was all in all I wouldn't recommend to anyone and dude at the desk I'm sorry I get it, it's a job keep grinding brother
The building stinks and smelled like cigarettes. The room wasn’t what I asked for so he switched me to a new one thinking it was better but that one had roaches EVERYWHERE!! Do not recommend staying here.
